Celebrate President Rutherford B. Hayes’ 199th birthday by attending a wreath-laying by members of the U.S. military on Sunday, Oct. 3, at Hayes’ tomb at Spiegel Grove. The ceremony is at 1 p.m. at Hayes’ grave, located at the Hayes estate and grounds of the Hayes Presidential Library & Museums, called Spiegel Grove. Admission is free.
