FREMONT – The public is invited to attend a ceremony honoring 19th U.S. President Rutherford B. Hayes on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018, at Hayes’ tomb on the grounds of Spiegel Grove. Military representatives sent by President Donald Trump will lay a wreath at the tomb of Hayes in honor of his birthday, which is Thursday, Oct. 4.
